Methods
We ship all our merchandise USPS 2-3
day priority or UPS. We insure everything. We also use Delivery
Confirmation tracking on ALL our shipments to insure if there
is a problem, we can track it down.
Shipping fees for international orders or orders weighing over
four pounds will be calculated at the time the order is placed.
International Orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail (uninsured)
of vial Global Express Mail (insured).
Alternative shipping options may be requested by the customer at the time
the order is placed.

Lost
Packages or Damaged Packages
In
case the shipper damages or loses your package, we help handle
insurance claims and will issue any paperwork needed to resolve
the problem.
Returns
on Merchandise
We
at Hellkats L.A. understand that online shopping seems like
a risky venture. However, we are confident that our merchandise
will meet or exceed your expectations. If you're not happy with
your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping
costs). Just contact us within 3 business days of receiving
your order. Merchandise must be in its original condition and
packaging.
